the hotel is near a tram stop. tesco and sainsbury are nearby. the room features a coffee machine and a mini fridge. virtual key access was easy. i found the bed comfortable and the room spacious! the cleaner was helpful.

The shower temperature control was broken. I only got very hot water. it was not possible to have a good shower.

Excellent Stay with Convenient Amenities

The location was superb , with a tram and a bus stop conveniently situated right outside. Check-in was easy , and the room's cleanliness was particularly noteworthy. I found having both a fridge and tea and coffee facilities in the room to be very useful.

I noticed the absence of an interior lock on the door , , made me feel slightly less secure.

Many eateries were nearby , and I appreciated the short walk to several grocery stores. A Turkish restaurant close to the hotel served very tasty meals. I also appreciated the availability of coffee and tea in the room.

The tram stop directly outside made transportation simple. The proximity to central areas was quite beneficial. I found it convenient to have a fridge , an iron , and a hairdryer available in the room.

The seamless check-in process greatly simplified my arrival. I was very grateful for the efficient service that addressed all my needs. I appreciate the responsiveness of the staff to requests .

The room had a coffee machine and a hairdryer which was very convenient. i appreciated the mini fridge available in the room. the shower was clean and warm when i arrived. But the water temperature wasn't that consistent.

the main gate bangs loudly when it moves, which can attract attention.
